My name is Ron Ambrosia, I am a Christian, I have been married to my wonderful wife, Julie for 27 years and I have 2 amazing children, Morgan (24) and Ron (22).

I have been an owner operator in real estate investments for 15 years 10 of which with my business partner, Bryan Mason.  We currently have a real estate portfolio of 40-50 SFH, a 6 unit property in Cleveland, Ohio and a 68 unit apartment complex in Marysville, Ohio. 

I  started my real estate business in 2007 and personally worked on as well as served as general contractor, overseeing all aspects of construction, rehabs, rentals and flips.    I met my current business partner in 2012 and we have worked together since then.   We initially were rehabbing and flipping single family homes as well as simultaneously running a property management company where I was involved in acquisitions, construction management as well as maintenance coordinator for our properties as well as others .   We then transitioned into the multifamily real estate sector.

My current roles include help with acquisitions and property evaluation,  construction management and maintenance on our single family and multifamily portfolios.  We can handle any aspect of the real estate business from acquisitions,  property management, maintenance, construction, tenant placement and sales.  The strength of our team as well as our experience and ability to think outside the box is what sets us apart from other companies.
