Family Life
I am a 36 year old single father with joint custody of a beautiful 6 year old princess. I have my daughter every Tuesday and Thursday and also every other Friday, Saturday and Sunday. On those days, I do not get much done for work as I am a very active father taking my daughter wherever her heart desires. We will spend lots of time at the Columbus Zoo/Zoombeezi Bay each year. We spend a lot of time at different metro parks and children playgrounds. We are regulars at all of the trampoline parks around town as my daughter absolutely loves gymnastics and soccer. In fact, we have been building her gymnastics course at home so she can practice often. We go to bowling alleys and arcades quite often on rainy days. She loves school, art and music as much as athletics. On days I have her, I get very little work done as I am totally focused on my relationship with my princess. So I think you get the point, I am a family man at heart who adores his princess but no need to worry as we have all of the necessary team in place to handle your needs while I am away.
Professional Life
I am now 15 years into my real estate career and I got started in a pretty tough real estate market. Through hard work and determination to help my clients, I began doing pretty well in sales. I saved a lot of my commissions, living below my means and used that money to begin flipping houses and buying rental homes. Over the years, I have worked hard to build a real estate investment portfolio which has proven to be a great decision.
Today my partner and I have a real estate portfolio of 40-50 houses, a 6 unit property in Cleveland, Ohio and a 68 unit apartment complex in Marysville, Ohio. When we acquired the 68 unit apartment complex in Marysville, it needed fully renovated to include foundation repair, 30,000 sqft of flat roof replacement, 250 windows, 68 front doors and sliding glass doors, stucco repair, install 200 squares of siding, paint the exteriors, install a parking lot, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, lights, trim/doors, etc. Prior to that we would buy/fix/sell houses. We flipped more than 300 houses/condominiums in Central Ohio.
We also own a property management company. Therefore, we self-manage our own assets along with offering our full service or limited service property management services to other real estate investors who may be looking for a property manager to help manage their income producing real estate.
